Cancellation and rescheduling policies are structured in order to meet the needs of our wellness staff and providers.  Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 2 weeks prior to their scheduled date. If a client needs to cancel less than two weeks from the event, then there is a $100 fee (for cancelling or rescheduling).If cancelling or rescheduling less than one week from the event we charge 50% of the service fee to accommodate the wellness providers. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule less than 72 hours from the event, we charge the full amount in order to pay our scheduled wellness providers. Sometimes, events occur that leave our clients with no other alternative but to have to reschedule their events. We appreciate and work with our clients during those occasions.
